I predict.

I predict,
we will fall.
Much like the Romans,
our egos too big,
the curroption too deep.

I predict our end
is coming this way.
That this nation,
this structure built,
will tumble,
turn to ashes,
and learnt about in text books.

I predict this change
that will change our lives
and maybe the world,
this change that I fear
only I can see.

The history will repeat itself
the romans once so great,
came to an end.
Too big an ego
to realize they've succeeded their bounds.

Can you see it coming?
America stretched too thin?
America too soiled by illusions
brought to us by our leaders.

The structure that was built
all those years ago
will burn down...
and all that'll be left is splinters.
